The rustic house  has a habitable kitchen  with an open fireplace on the groundfloor and a space underneath the stairs to store the wood . In addition there is an enormous utility room (cantina) . The outsite walls and also one inside wall measure 0,50 /0,80 cm all  made out of  stone .

The stairs are made in cement and also the terrace and a room with bathroom ,
in addition there are 3 other rooms with wooden floors and wooden ceilings .

The roof has been renewed in 1980 , the elecrical system is working but needs to be checked .
The house is free standing on 3 sides and on  1 side it is attached to another house , with a little alley going from the house  directly to the village center ( 50 m ) .

The village is nestled in the hills at 4 km from the sea  with a beautiful panoram seaview .
