In an area of 54.000 m2, its native vegetation comprises grass, small bushes and medium height trees. The shore is formed by rocky coast, which circles nearly the entire island and can be partially viewed at low tide. Its 542 m2 of construction comprise:

Main house: with 234 m2, divided into two parts by a veranda: one bedroom suite, two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, breakfast room, kitchen and 72 m2 deck.

2nd Main House: with 180 m2: living room, one bedroom suite, two bedrooms, bathroom, breakfast room, kitchen, servants’ quarters and covered 58 meter deck.

3rd House: with 83 m2: living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and stone dock 10 meters long and one meter wide.

4th House: with 45 m2 for grounds keeper: with living room, bedroom, breakfast room, kitchen and bathroom.
