The  island belongs to Diapori Group of Islands of Argosaronikos Gulf .
Total surface: 930.625 sq. ms (or 10.020.970 sq. ft)

Building right: In 120.000 sq.ms (or 1.292.160 sq.ft) of land.

Almost the double (12.000 Sq.ms or 129.216 sq. ft) for Touristic Business
The rest of it is actually named from the State as a private forest.

This beautiful green island, very near Piraeus  presents all the virtues of greek nature and makes a wonderful landscape in wich everybody can live a dream.
It is almost flat in the most of it and gives the opportunity for a very nice golf Court in its land.

A combination with a Spa and Beauty Center could be the best of it.  And of course the various sea sports and the facilities for any other activity could complete the very interesting development near Athens that with a high speed boat could be reached in 20 minutes from Piraeus.  But of course no doubt a Conference Center with the combination of the recreational opportunities in the Resort would attract any professional people.
