Located in the Bahia region of Brazil, approximately 200 mils northeast of
Brasilia, the Capital of Brazil, the Fazenda Vereda containing 1,656,150 acres. It
is close to the city of Correntina. The Fazenda Anita is 527,345 acres, which is
located approximately 34 miles north of the Fazenda Vereda tract. Both of these
