| How do I add an article to your site? |
Click on the "Add Article" link located at the footer of every page. Fill in the information as required by each space. You may include up to three images. Your name or nickame along with your email is required. Make sure to include a valid and accurate email address because you will be sent a verification email, which will allow you to activate your listing at the email address you provide.

| How can I change the currency used in my listing? |
In the pricing section of our Add Your Listing form you will find a box called Price is in. Here you can scroll down and select the appropriate currency. Contact us if you cant find the currency you need.

| Nothing - glo-con.com is a free property listing service. |
| Can you add my property listing? |
Yes, if you are having difficulties adding your listing our site, we would be happy to help you in any way possible. In extreme cases, we will add the listing for you, but we prefer to walk you through the process - this way you will be able to make changes at any point, without having to wait for our availability.

| My job listing does not appear in the search result list. Why? |
There may be several reasons for this.
Make sure that the "Publish This" box at the bottom of the "Add Your Listing" form has been checked.
Property search results will show the properties, only if you have checked the property type For Sale or Rentals.
Make sure you are searching in the right region. If you cant find what you are looking for in the region you have selected, try searching through "Select All". If you still cant find it, contact us and well try to figure out why that is.

| How do I add images to my listing? |
From Your Computer
Sign in to your account and click on the name of the listing to which you wish to add pictures. Go to the picture section of the "Add Your Listing" form and click on the "Browse" button at the right of the space.
A new window will appear. The "Look in:" box tells you where you are searching on your computer. Go to the right directory and select the picture you want to include - ex. view.jpg
, then click on the "Open" button.
Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same thing.
Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.
From another website
Go to the website where you'll find your images.
Click to enlarge the pictures you wish to place in your Glo-Con listing. Right click on the image and select "Save Picture As". Save the picture to your desktop under a familiar and practical name ex. view.jpg. Once you have selected photos and saved them to your desktop, go to www.glo-con.com. Sign in as usual by entering your email and password.
The job listing you added will appear in the screen before you. Click on the job listing you wish to add pictures to. Go to the picture section of the "Add Your Listing" form and click on the "Browse" button at the right of the space. A new window will appear. Make sure that at the top of the screen in the "Look in:" box you see "Desktop". Select the picture you want to include
ex. view.jpg, then click on the "Open" button. Your picture is now added. Go to the next box and do the same. Once you have added all your pictures, click on the "Submit" button at the end of the page.

| How do I edit my listing? |
Sign in as usual entering your email and password. The properties you added will appear in the screen before you. Click on the image or name of the property you wish to edit. Change the information as necessary and then click on submit. Your ad need to go through approval each time you edited it . Be patient - it can take up to 24 hours before you can see it on our site again .

| How can I add a property which will show in rentals and real estate? |
Create 1 normal ad , then click boxes " for sale and rental , your listing will then appear in both categories : For Rent and For Sale

| Are there any rules to adding properties? |
We insist that all material submitted to Glo-Con must adhere to our terms and conditions. We review our listings periodically and will omit anything that we feel is inappropriate. Moreover, you will be banned from future posting on our site.
We do not accept any listings with their url and/or email address within their pics . There are appropriate spaces for your contact details and url in the form you need to fill out when listing your property . For each listing you need to upload at least 1 pic , you can upload up to 7 pics , they have to be jpg files and have less than 200 kb each .
Please write a detailed description of your property and fill out all 3 spaces : title , short description and detailed description , if you just write a few words your ad will be deleted .

| I have forgotten my password. What do I do? |
Just send an email to info@glo-con.com and well send you the information right away. You will receive the password information even quicker , when using the "lost password" link on the log-in page .

| We read all articles before publishing them . WE only publish articles that match our website , no advertisments .You can add a link to your website or your listing at the end of your article. |
| I want to expose my property on the main site in the big window - how do I do this ? |
| You have to order the Glo-Con Impression Service. You can do this by logging into your account and then click on the link of this service. If you have ordered it, your property will be shown in the big window regularly many times a day and this will increase your visitors. More than 6000 visitors a day will see your listing there . The smallest package of impressions you can order is 12000 and costs 28 Euros + 20% IVA (Italian VAT) .You can use the impression credits for all of your listings or just for some or only one . It is up to you which one of your listings should get more promotion and you have a link to turn on and off the impression service beside each listing ( the link appears only after you have ordered the impression service ). |

| We delete all listings which are not filled out properly . We require that you fill out as many blanc fields as possible and that you describe your property and upload at least 1 photo . We do not accept ads which have neither a photo , nor a description nor the contact details or the name of the seller . |
| How can I add a translation into a foreign language? |
Log into your admin and click on to the small country flags of the listing you would like to translate . For example : if you want to translate the text of the property you are selling into French , then click on the french flag . A small window will open with 3 blanc boxes . Fill in a title , a short description with the main features and a detailed description , then click the submit button . It will take a couple of seconds until you see the ok message . Now your listing will appear also in the french glo-con site . This service is free of charge . Attention : this is not an automatic translation service . You must fill the matching language into the fields . If you fill in the wrong language , your ad will not be published in this language .
If you would like to have your text translated by our staff into one of the languages of our website , please order the "translation Service " from your admin and send us an email ,telling us in which languages you would like to have your text translated . |

| How does your Impression Service work ? |
it is very simple : when you order the 6000 impressions you get 6000 credits from us . In your admin each one of your listings will have a new link at the side : impressions on/off , so when you click on impressions on - the service will be activated for this listing and you will see the link : impressions off on the side . To turn the service off again , you click on impressions off . This way you can turn off and on the impression service for each listing however you like .
The listings with te impression service turned on will be regularly shown in the 2 big windows on the front page . Each time a listing of yours appears , 1 credit will be used . In your admin you will be able to see how many credits are left . No credits will be used , when visitors click on your listing . The counter counts only the times your listing shows up in a big window as a featured listing , so many people at the same time can see it when it appears and ofcourse you will get more visitors and more requests .

| Paypal wonīt accept my credit card - I could not pay ! |
Some countries are not accepted by Paypal , so if you tried to pay by credit card using the paypal service and your card has been rejected , please retry and use the Banca Sella Icon instead . This safe gateway accepts all credit cards from every country in the world .
If you still have problems paying by credit card , you can also pay by bank transfer to one of our accounts or you can send a cheque , or cash by Western Union or registered letter . If you send cash or cheques , please remember that we can only accept the following currencies : USD , EURO , GBP , SFR .
As our prices are in Euros , please convert it to the exact amount in your currency . |

When you pay by bank transfer you must not forget to email us with the receipt immediately. Otherwise we donīt know that you paid and from foreign countries it soemtimes takes weeks before we see the money in our accounts. | None of our messages or newsletters is unwanted . When you signed up you were asked , wether you wanted to receive our newsletters and important messages and if you clicked "yes" , then you receive them . At any time you can log into your account and click on " my account" in your admin and there you can unsubscribe from messages and newsletters by simply clicking on " no" . |
| I donīt know how your website works , can anybody help me ? |
| Certainly , but you are kindly asked to read the Frequently Asked Questions ( FAQ )first . Please understand that we get hundreds of mails every day and it takes time to answer them all . Most of your questions youīll probably find answered already when readin the FAQs . In case you canīt find any satisfying anser , you are welcome to email us . |
| I would like to have my link on your homepage |
In our webdirectory ( footer link) you will find a form where you can automatically add your link to our site . We look at every new link and delete all links that do not seem to be appropriate for our website . If you are not sure wether your link will be acceoted , email us . Links will be placed in the various categories by human editors .

Important note : we periodically check all new links in our directory for reciprocal links pointing to our site . If we do not find a link back to our site , your link will be deleted . |

| No - our service is free of charge , also for real estate agents . |
| Why am I only getting so few hits ? |
If you think you are not getting enough hits ask yourself the following questions :
Did I upload at least 1 pic?
Did I fill out all of the spaces when editing my listing ?
Did I write a detailed description with good keywords ?
Did I choose a significant title for my listing?
Did I add my name and my contact details ?
Did I hit the "submit" button when I last edited my listing ?
Any of those questions above answered with NO - will make your listing less visible on our site and consequently will get less hits and requests . Check your listing and when you can answer all of the above questions with "yes " , you will get more hits and requests .

| My translation in another language (german , french , italian ... ) does not show up - Why ? |
We accept only GOOD translations , where visitors at least will understand what you are talking about . If you have used an automatic translation program , the translation is so ridiculous , that we will not publish it . You can order professional translations in your admin - or ask one of your friends who speaks that language to help you .
If you do the translation yourself and have a couple of mistakes in it - that does not matter at all - but PLEASE do not use translation machines - they just make very STUPID translations and we donīt want them on our website . Thanks for your understanding! |

| After you modify your ad, it needs to get aproved again by our staff , which takes between 1- 48 hours . After that time , your listing will go online again. If you canīt find it, wait 48 hours and search for it again, if you still canīt find it email us . |
| I added my listing and when I looked in my admin , I saw that there was no ad in my property list . What happend to my ad ? |
| You did not fill out the ad in all parts requested or you did not upload at least 1 pic (jpg only), therfore your ad has been deleted. You can create a new ad but make sure to follow the rules. . |
| I received a scam email , what should I do ? |
| Forward it to us at info@glo-con.com , we will bann the scammerī and he will not be able to send you anymore mails . |

| You can only upload pics which are jpg files . If the are bmp files or any other format , you need to convert them to jpgs first before you can upload them |
