The very comfortable old villa has a total living-space of 400 m²  , and has recently been fully renovated  :

70 m² living-room with a big open fireplace and a windowdoor  leading to the garden and the conservatory , dining-room , library , 5 bedrooms  , 2 bathrooms  ( the bigger one has 16 m²  with a tub , shower and  hand decorated walls ) .

This is a unique place to relax and spend your holidays . There are many attractive activities to do : biking  and hiking tours , hunting and fishing  or  horse back riding .

A sauna and outdoor hot tub  for 8 - 10 persons , will make you feel even better ! Take a bath in all seasons , even in winter with
- 20 ° the water in the jacuzzi will be heated up to 38 - 40 degrees Celsius  and you can enjoy to watch the snow falling or look at the sparkling stars , while relaxing in the tub .

Your children will love the ball games and the wooden play - house in the garden .
At night time  you are invited to taste our wonderful hungariyn wines in our wine cellar .

Other things to do : visit the baroque Palace of Habsburg , , which used to be the residence of Queen Elisabeth  or see the famous  antique village Hollokó , which is protected  by the UNESCO .
