In fact if after the first 2 months you are not satisfied with our site, you won’t have to pay anything and if you want you can keep your ad in our directory with some options disabled. Another reason to choose Glo-Con is that you don’t have to pay any commissions for our service. We don’t take any commissions, we just offer a service of hosting for your ads and we offer 2 possibilities of payment for our services: a floating price - depending on the obtained results or a fixed price - a small monthly cost FLAT. You’ll always be able to take advantage of 2 months trial period with full options of our service. Once this trial period is over you’ll pass automatically to the paid service called “Glo-Con Real Estate pay for Contacts” that will allow you to choose if to pay and how much to pay ,depending on really obtained results. You should keep in mind that even if this service allows you to pay for the real results only it has a negative side like disabling of your contact details and of those who are interested in your ad. In fact after free trial period your website remains in our directory and you don’t have to pay anything, but your contact details, like telephone numbers and e-mail, will not be shown and you won’t be able to receive any inquiries from your potential client due to a blocking of direct contacts. In order to establish direct contacts for the inquiries you will receive for your announcement, you’ll have to pay for a certain number of contacts and only after the payment is done you’ll be able to communicate directly with those who are interested in your announcement. In case you wish to continue to use a service of full options for your ad and you want to continue to have a maximum visibility of your ad and the function of direct contact with potential clients that includes showing your contact details like telephone numbers and e-mail and of those who are interested in your ad , you’ll have to pass to a paid service called "Glo-Con Real Estate Flat Service", that will allow you to keep your ad with full options by paying a small fixed fee per month. In our site it’s also possible to translate and publish your ads in 6 languages: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Russian. This service is free, if you do the translations by yourself. If you are not able to translate your ad ,we can offer you a translation service called "Glo-Con Real Estate translation Package" that allows you to translate your ad in 5 languages of our site or translation of 5 ads in another language. Here is a summery of our price list: 1) "Glo-Con Real Estate pay for Contacts". - 1 Euro x Contact. You pay for real inquiries and obtained contacts – 1 Euro per contact. Minimum payment is a package of 30 contacts (that can last for 3 years from the moment this service is activated). Direct contacts are disabled, visibility of your announcement is reduced, duration of this service is not limited. 2) "Glo-Con Real Estate Flat Service". - 6 Euro per month for a listing. You pay a monthly fee and you can receive all inquiries without any additional costs. The fee is 6 Euro per month for a listing. Minimum payment is a package of 6 months. Duration of this service depends on the paid months, visibility of the announcement is complete and all direct contacts are available. In case you pay for 12 months, you get a discount of 12 Euro (equals another 2 months free). So instead of paying 72 Euro per year you’ll have to pay 60 Euros only! We'll also give discount to agencies or agents up to 50% depending on the number of properties advertised. 3 - 8 listings 10% discount. 9 - 14 listings 20% discount. 15 - 20 listings 30% discount. 21 - 29 listings 40% discount. 30 - 50 listings 50% discount. more than 50 listings - 2 Euro per listing. Example: 8 announcements, (2 * 6)+(6 * 5,4) = 44,40 Euro per month, which means 6 Euro for the first 2 listings, 5 Euro for the listings from 3 to 8. 3) "Glo-Con Real Estate translation Package". - 8 Euro x translation. This service allows to translate your announcement in different languages at the price of 8 Euro for every translation, minimum order – 3 translations. You can order our services by contacting us via e-mail: sales@glo-con.com. The payment can be carried out with credit cards on outside gateway (PayPal), or with traditional methods like bank transfer, for those who don’t want to use credit cards it’ll be possible to pay by International means of payments, like for example Western Union. The payment will be only accepted in Euro. If you need, you can just pay and ask for the service 3) "Glo-Con Real Estate translation Package".
