Glo-Con company is based in Italy, on the Italian Riviera, with 3 offices.
The main office is located Balestrino (five hundred inhabitants) a small village nestled in the Ligurian hills with spectecular sea views. Another office is based in Ceriana, a very typical Ligurian village on top of a hill with beautiful valley and seaviews ,only 6 miles inland of the city Sanremo (famous for flowers and for the song festival, called the Sanremo's festival). Glo-Con recently opened it´s third office in Garlenda/Albenga , located directly on the one and only 18 hole golf course of Liguria . Garlenda is nearby Albenga a famous village , which was founded 2000 years ago by the Romans and is the oldest community on the Italian Riviera . Other offices will be opened soon in Arma di Taggia and Baiardo. And now, what about the Glo-Con team? Glo-Con has a small but efficient team : Klaus is the manager of Glo-Con company and also the supervisor of the building and restoration work .He is doing wonderful jobs in old rusticos and restoring them in a way ,that they have all the comfort we are used to today but still keep the unique character of the old Ligurian stone houses by using partly old materials ( stones and wooden beams)and restoring the original vaulted ceilings and the original old stone floors . Klaus and his building teams are specialized in the restoration of completely ruined houses but occassionally also builds brand new quality homes on beautiful plots . Klaus can be contacted at e-mail Roby is Glo-Con´s chief worker and responsible to coordinate the several working teams on the building sites . He also is our property scout always searching new bargain properties for our numerous clients from all over the world . Roby also manages the office in Ceriana and arranges help or repairs of any kind for our clinets who are already house owners in the Ceriana - Baiardo and Sanremo area . Claudia is our accountant and secretary in the Ceriana office , where we also have an Internet point with 2 modern computers in a seperate office that can be used by our clients . Claudia is also in charge of the property management in the Ceriana - Sanremo area and helps our clients with their hotel bookings or holiday home search . Claudia can be contacted at e-mail Nadia is our sales agent and in charge of our 2cnd office in Ceriana and the new office ,which will soon be opened in Arma di Taggia , directly on the coast . She likes the contact with people and travelling ,so it will be her who will pick you up from the train station or airport ,if necessary .She is also our special event manager and organizes parties ,exhibitions ,openings or weddings or just a local baysitter or cook while you are relaxing in your ligurian home .
