There are two plots of equal size - 4,000 sqm (1 acre) - which we have divided so as to allow the construction of 2 houses, both of which would have much privacy. There will be a driveway accessing both plots. The terraced plots are more long than wide amidst an olive grove that also holds some fruit trees, all of which are maintained with the plots own water supply. One of the plots already has a small rustico which could be used as a garden house or adjusted to a pool house.
The few neighbouring houses are at enough of a distance to be unobtrusive, or even unnoticeable. Ceriana is only 2km away and is a beautiful mediaeval town. To the south youll enjoy views of the sea, while green hills comprise the rest of the landscape. With careful construction you could be woken by the sun, peeking in from the south-east, and enjoy sunshine all day. |
