This region is well known for being an area used for fattening cattle due to it receiving plentiful rain that allows planting all types of grass.

The ranch  comes with a large and luxurious house that has 400 square meters of construction and consists of 3 bedrooms; one of them in suite with private bathroom and air conditioning, one other bedroom has also air conditioning.

All the rooms have wooden parquet floors, except the living-dining room, bathrooms and kitchen which have beautiful in-laid ceramic floors.
