The horse farm comprises:

Main house I: made of wood: 5 bedrooms (2 suites), kitchen, ample living room with fire place, pool, security system monitored with infra red alarm, covered garage for 4 cars, automatic barbecue, closed wood oven and garden.

Main house 2:  made of masonry: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom  and garden.

3 farmer houses with heating system, wood oven, parabolic antenna, 2 and 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Located in south of Minas Gerais, in the highlands of the Mantiqueiras, Passa Quatro is in an extended valley of 970 m of altitude, surrounded by mountains. The city is near to the main centers as Rio de Janeiro (240 Km) and  São Paulo (260 km).
