The house used to be a barn and has been converted to a lovely little rustic house located in a charming hamlet of old Ligurian stone houses .
The house offers enough space for 3-4 people as a holiday home . It has 3 floors , beginning with a small entrance hall on the ground-floor where you will find the master bedroom and a bathroom , as well as a small single bedroom .
The living-room with kitchen corner is on the 1st floor and also another bathroom . On the 3rd floor there is a nice and sunny roof terrace and a still open space which can be closed to a little attic room , that could be used an additional little bedroom .
The main restoration work is done in a very high quality . You can still personalize the house according to your own taste , as the house still needs to be painted , needs floor tiles , kitchen and bathroom equipment . In 4 weeks work time it can be ready to move in .
Behind the house is a small courtyard , where you could have a nice little barbecue sitting area .

The location is very convenient , as it is only about 10 minutes drive from the sea and the close by beautiful seaside resorts . Daily shopping can be done in the little town . There are also shops and there is a bus service . Included in the sales price is a private parking lot of about 20 m² .
