The village of Baniska is situated in North Bulgaria in Dve Mogili Municipality, Rousse Region. It is located 50 km southwest of Rousse and 20 km east of Byala. Baniska is situated in the luxuriant valley of the Baniski Lom River which is 136 meters above the sea level and the surrounding hills reach 250-300 meters. Except for the Baniski Lom River there are two fish breeding ponds very near the village.

There is a big room with a sink on the first floor, as on the second floor there are two rooms and a corridor. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor of the house. There is a small wooden verandah just in front of the entrance for the second floor.
