Village Seltse is on 810 m altitude . The permanent population of only 12 people. Winter in the village is mild and summer is cool and very plesent. In the village there is a shop, cafe, and the nearest kindergartens and schools are located in Maglizh. There is a good asphalt road to Maglizh connecting Seltse with the rest of the world. There is a dirt road to Krastets, and then asphalt road to Tryavna and North Bulgaria.
The territory of the village passes the picturesque River Selchenska and offers opportunity for recreation and trout fishing.
On 14 km south of the village is located Maglizh fortress, called "Gornenski city." Surrounded by walls, castle was about 18,000 sq m and was built in the Middle Ages, but ceased to exist in the first years of Ottoman rule.
Maglizh monastery "St. Nicholas" is a complex of church, residential and commercial buildings, and two chapels - "St. Peter and Paul" and "St. Archangel Michael". The monastery was declared a monument of culture.
