It is planned to build 35.000 m˛ on a plot of 4 hectares , 20.000 m˛ are planned as warehouse space , and 3000 m˛ will be developed as office space . Eventually it is planned to buy 2 more hectares and to increase building possibilities . Construction will start in September 07 .
