It is planned to build 35.000 m² on a plot of 4 hectares , 20.000 m² are planned as warehouse space , and 3000 m² will be developed as office space . Eventually it is planned to buy 2 more hectares and to increase building possibilities . Construction will start in September 07 .
Investors are welcome to ask for detailed information or meet a companies representative . It is already possible to sign a preliminary contract and make reservations , the final contract will be signed at completion .
