Glo-Con is also present in international directories such as Dmoz, and is linked to hundreds of other sites. We can, therefore, ensure a constant flow of traffic to the Glo-Con site and your listing. Listing with Glo-Con means entrusting yourself to an international team that is always ready to meet your needs, to work through any difficulties you might encounter, and to listen to your suggestions. Because Glo-Con is comprised of an international team, it is able to offer you complete assistance in seven languages – English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian and Russian. By offering you the option of publishing your listing in several languages, Glo-Con helps increase the odds of your ad being seen. Further, with Glo-Con there is no commission charge for our services. Rather than charging commission, we offer a full hosting service for your ads, as well as two payment options to choose from. We invite you to try out our service today by first registering, then listing your property or properties online. If you choose, you can also take advantage of our free two-month trial period. The trial period allows you to explore all the options Glo-Con's extensive service has to offer at no cost. If after the first two months you are not satisfied with Glo-Con, you can simply discontinue use of the service with no further obligations. Upon completion of your free trial period your listing will remain in our directory at no additional cost to you. However, following this time, your ability to establish direct contact with individuals interested in your property will be disabled, and portions of your listing information will be blocked from the site users. Therefore, following your trial period, you will be given the opportunity to select from one of the two options: Glo-Con Real Estate Pay for Contact or the Glo-Con Real Estate Flat Service. Selecting from one of these options will allow you to maintain contact with potential buyers and renters, while establishing an optimal presence on the Glo-Con site. Glo-Con Real Estate Pay for Contact allows you to pre-purchase credit, which will then allow you to communicate with potential buyers or renters directly. In other words, by pre-purchasing thirty contact credits, you will be able to correspond with potential buyers or renters up to thirty times. If instead you prefer unlimited monthly access to the Glo-Con service (which includes maximum visibility on our site and direct contact with inquiring individuals), you also have the option of paying a small, monthly fixed rate for the Glo-Con Real Estate Flat Service . Using this service, you will receive limitless access to all Glo-Con services for the number of months you have purchased. In an effort to extend the visibility of your listings, Glo-Con also allows you to publish and/or translate your listing in up to seven different languages: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian and Russian. Posting your multi-lingual listing on the site is free of charge; however, if you wish to have your listing translated, Glo-Con offers a translation service called the Glo-Con Real Estate Translation Package . Through this service, you can opt to either have your listing translated into several languages, or have several listings translated into another language (For example, you may either request to translate three English listings into Spanish, Italian and French, or to translate three separate listings into Italian.) Here is a summary of the Glo-Con price list: 1) Glo-Con Real Estate Pay for Contact 1€ per Contact Using this option, you pay for every contact with potential buyers or renters. The cost of this service is 1€ per contact, and a minimum of 30 contacts must be purchased (this package is valid for up to three years upon time of activation). Once your pre-purchased credits are complete, your contact details, as well as the contact details of those interested in your listing, will be blocked until more credit is purchased. Selected information within your listing will also be blocked until further credit is purchased. 2) Glo-Con Real Estate Flat Service 6€ per month per listing With the payment of a monthly fee, you can establish contact with potential renters or buyers for the amount of time you have purchased. The fee for this service is 6€ per month per listing. A minimum of six months must be purchased. Using this option, site users are able to view your listing, and it is possible to establish direct contact with potential buyers. A reduced rate is also available if you purchase 12 months at once. By purchasing 12 months, you will receive an accumulated discount of 12€ (which amounts to receiving two months at no cost). We also offer up to 50% in discounts to agencies or agents. The amount discounted varies according to the number of properties advertised, as per the outlined listing below: 3 - 8 listings 10% discount 9 - 14 listings 20% discount 15 - 20 listings 30% discount 21 - 29 listings 40% discount 30 - 50 listings 50% discount More than 50 listings - 2 € per listing Example: Eight announcements, (2 * 6€)+(6 * 5,4€) = 44,40€ per month. In other words, the first two listings come to 6€, while the last six listings come to a total of 5,4€. 3) Glo-Con Real Estate Translation Package 8€ per Translation Glo-Con will translate your listing for you into up to seven languages at a rate of 8€ per translation. The minimum order for this service is three translations (or 24€). All payments can be made using major credit cards on PayPal (an external gateway) by clicking on the credit card icon below, or via traditional methods such as a bank transfer. International payment options, such as Western Union, are also accepted. Please note that all payments must be made in Euros. Once payment has been completed, please email us to let us know into which languages you would like your listing translated. If you are not paying by credit card please notify us when you have made the required payment, indicating within the email that you are paying for the Glo-Con Real Estate Translation Package.
