Ok here goes..yesterday I went over the prices that are used on glo-con. Hope you also accept the negative sides with the positive sides of this post.
My listing is on glo.con over a year ago. I have never even received an enquiry so what is the difference in paying the prices listed? Free trials are listed without receiving the whole of the email, which I do understand, but I never did receive any so not sure on paying for services and then never receiving inquiries if i never did before.
I understand you pay for each inquiry and theres a min. of 30 something..is this correct.
Please advise if anyone has a listing on glo-con and what their outcome was and please honest answers.

could you post the link to your listing here please?Maybe your listing has only a few details,your price is to high,the pictures are not good.
We recieve over 4000 daily unique visitors a day and more than 30.000 pageviews.
Hundreds of people get in touch every day on Glo-con.Did you ever tried the impression service in the 2 big Showcases on the main page?
Please post your listing and i will check if it's well made.

I give some tips about your listing:
-The title is quite good but add some real estate related words.You say"Fun Filled Florida Holidays " that is not very related to Real estate.
-In your details you say "Surface area= 1350". 1350 what? sqm?squarefeet?
-Some grammatic errors in the english description like at the end of the listing where you say"We also except Mastercard and Visa. "....i think you want to say that you ACCEPT this 2 credit cards.
-You're listing is only avaiable in english
Update your listing,maybe with a more detailed descriprion.If you update your listing it will get a higher ranking in the search results

HI But its not realestate, its rentals? What kind of audience does glo-con attract as holidays is a european term when vacationing and I do offer vacation rentals not selling them. Thanks for the error identities as I will correct them. But I am on the first page of Florida rental listings so how higher can i go? I also see another site listing for Sanibel homes on each page..which takes guests to that site which also offers other parts of florida also for rent..Your site has many links that go to other business sites so I am now thinking they might be generating the most for their money.

Real estate can be "For rent" or "For sale".
The most important thing you have to do now is to uptade your listing beacuse it's "old".
The Sanibel link is a Google Adsense link.
Glo-con is a Google Adsense Publisher.
You could change your title in something like this" Florida home for rent,prepare for fun filled holidays" or something like that.
Consider also that 35% of our visitors are from the United States,maybe use some "American" words too.

Thanks, but i wont be receiving any contacts unless I pay correct? Should have at least a free trial for one month to prove how well the inquiries come in. Just a thought

OK now that thats all covered..how about a new thread on Florida? Or are they out there already on this forum? Also not sure which one on glo-con but could you point me in the right direction for an estate agent in Italy
