The house has been built in the ancient tuscan style . On the ground floor: stables with stone floors and cellar.
First floor: several rooms, large kitchen with fireplace.
On the south side: hayloft.
Outside there is a unique and typical building of about 100 sq. meters on three levels.
The land is about 56 he. divided in Classic Chiati Vineyards (7 he), sowed fields (11 he), d.o.p. olive grove  (7 he), chestnut tree wood (2he), pasture (2 he) and copse woods (26 he).
