Вам нужно создать два разных объявления в соответствии с каждым типом операции. Объявление о продаже следует поместить в ящик «Продажа недвижимости». Объявление о сдаче в аренду следует отправить в ящик «Летняя аренда (на время отпуска)» (Недвижимость в аренду).

С Вашего компьютера
Выполните ВХОД в Ваш профайл и выберите объявление, к которому Вы хотите добавить фото.
Перейдите к подразделу фотографий раздела Разместить объявление и нажмите кнопку Выбрать
справа от свободного поля. Появится новое окно. Это окно покажет Вам, где вы осуществляете поиск нужного
изображения в Вашем компьютере. Выберите фото, которое Вы хотите добавить из Вашего компьютера - например, view.jpg
и нажмите на кнопку справа «Открыть».
Теперь Ваше изображение добавлено. Перейдите к следующему полю и выполните такую же операцию.
После того, как Вы ввели все Ваши изображения, нажмите на кнопку "Отправить" в конце страницы.
С другого сайта
Зайдите на сайт, с котрого Вы хотите отослать Ваши изображения.
Нажмите, чтобы увеличить те изображения, которые Вы хотите разместить в объявлении Glo-Con.
Нажмите правой кнопкой мыши на изображении и выберите «Сохранить изображение как»
Сохраните фото на Вашем рабочем столе под удобным для Вас именем.
- например, view.jpg. После того, как Вы выберите нужное количество фотографий и сохраните их на рабочем столе,
войдите на http://www.glo-con.com
Войдите как обычно, введя Ваш электронный адрес и пароль. Те объявления, которые Вы разместили на сайте, появятся на экране перед Вами.
Нажмите на изображение или название объявления, к которому Вы хотите добавить фото.
Перейдите к подразделу фотографий раздела Разместить объявление и нажмите кнопку
Выбрать справа от свободного поля. Появится новое окно. Проверьте,
чтобы вверху этого окна Вы видели «Рабочий стол» .
Выберите фото, которое Вы хотите добавить, - например, view.jpg
и нажмите на кнопку справа «Открыть».

Нажмите на сноску Добавить статью, расположенную внизу каждой страницы. Заполните информацией все необходимые поля. Вы можете добавить до 3 изображений. При этом необходимо ввести Ваше имя и электронный адрес. Проверьте правильность указанного Вами электронного адреса, потому что по этому адресу мы Вам пришлем подтверждение о активации Вашего объявления или статьи.

Если нам кажется, что она не подходит к нашему разделу статей, из-за того, что там говорится о каком-то списке или это простое объявление, то мы её не можем поместить. Своё объявление Вы можете поместить в разделе продажи недвижимости, а в нашем разделе статей мы хотели бы иметь для чтения небольшие красочные статьи, рассказывающие о странах и регионах, или о чём-то интересном, с чем вы встретились во время путешествия. | We delete all listings which are not filled out properly . We require that you fill out as many blanc fields as possible and that you describe your property and upload at least 1 photo . We do not accept ads which have neither a photo , nor a description nor the contact details or the name of the seller . |
| How can I add a translation into a foreign language? |
Log into your admin and click on to the small country flags of the listing you would like to translate . For example : if you want to translate the text of the property you are selling into French , then click on the french flag . A small window will open with 3 blanc boxes . Fill in a title , a short description with the main features and a detailed description , then click the submit button . It will take a couple of seconds until you see the ok message . Now your listing will appear also in the french glo-con site . This service is free of charge . Attention : this is not an automatic translation service . You must fill the matching language into the fields . If you fill in the wrong language , your ad will not be published in this language .
If you would like to have your text translated by our staff into one of the languages of our website , please order the "translation Service " from your admin and send us an email ,telling us in which languages you would like to have your text translated . |

| How does your Impression Service work ? |
it is very simple : when you order the 6000 impressions you get 6000 credits from us . In your admin each one of your listings will have a new link at the side : impressions on/off , so when you click on impressions on - the service will be activated for this listing and you will see the link : impressions off on the side . To turn the service off again , you click on impressions off . This way you can turn off and on the impression service for each listing however you like .
The listings with te impression service turned on will be regularly shown in the 2 big windows on the front page . Each time a listing of yours appears , 1 credit will be used . In your admin you will be able to see how many credits are left . No credits will be used , when visitors click on your listing . The counter counts only the times your listing shows up in a big window as a featured listing , so many people at the same time can see it when it appears and ofcourse you will get more visitors and more requests .

| Paypal wonґt accept my credit card - I could not pay ! |
Some countries are not accepted by Paypal , so if you tried to pay by credit card using the paypal service and your card has been rejected , please retry and use the Banca Sella Icon instead . This safe gateway accepts all credit cards from every country in the world .
If you still have problems paying by credit card , you can also pay by bank transfer to one of our accounts or you can send a cheque , or cash by Western Union or registered letter . If you send cash or cheques , please remember that we can only accept the following currencies : USD , EURO , GBP , SFR .

| None of our messages or newsletters is unwanted . When you signed up you were asked , wether you wanted to receive our newsletters and important messages and if you clicked "yes" , then you receive them . At any time you can log into your account and click on " my account" in your admin and there you can unsubscribe from messages and newsletters by simply clicking on " no" . |

In our webdirectory ( footer link) you will find a form where you can automatically add your link to our site . We look at every new link and delete all links that do not seem to be appropriate for our website . If you are not sure wether your link will be acceoted , email us . | Yes we do . We have a special promotion for real etstate agents with multiple listings : you can list an unlimited number of listings for 30 Euros / month ( minimum 6 month ) . If you have 100 listings on our website , this means you would pay only 30 Euro Cents for each listing / month . |
| Why am I only getting so few hits ? |
If you think you are not getting enough hits ask yourself the following questions :
Did I upload at least 1 pic?
Did I fill out all of the spaces when editing my listing ?
Did I write a detailed description with good keywords ?
Did I choose a significant title for my listing?
Did I add my name and my contact details ?
Did I hit the "submit" button when I last edited my listing ?
Did I choose a paid service after my free trial was over ?
Any of those questions above answered with NO - will make your listing less visible on our site and consequently will get less hits and requests . Check your listing and when you can answer all of the above questions with "yes " , you will get more hits and requests .

| After you modify your ad , it needs to get aproved again by our staff , which takes between 1- 24 hours . After that time , your listing will go online again . If you canґt find it , wait 24 hours and search for it again , if you still canґt find it email us . |

| You did not fill out the ad in all parts requested or you did not upload at least 1 pic ( jpg only ) , therfore your ad has been deleted . You can creat a new ad but make sure to follow the rules . |
