The Lighthouse Deli first opened its doors in August of 1991, in a small storefront attached to a convenience store, selling fish and chips prepared from ocean fresh seafood, and a small deli case where we retailed fresh fish fillets and other locally caught seafood. Our secret-recipe batter and reverence for only the freshest seafood quickly caught the fancy of residents and tourists alike, and "The Deli" became a local favorite for excellent seafood.
