Podere Macci is a splendid property dating back to the XVII century, situated near Todi, consisting of an old stone house and, few metres far, of an outbuilding, surrounded by about 10 hectares of land with D.O.C. vineyard of Rosso S. Giovese, Merlot, Cabernet, Bianco Sauvignon, Grechetto, Trebbiano Toscano wines and 500 olive trees.
Both the houses have been restored with care and great taste using excellent materials such as ancient cotto, parquet, ancient fireplaces, wooden beams and tiles, some of the rooms have stone walls making the house very comfortable.
The main farmhouse has a total surface of 450 sq.m. and, at the ground floor, used as living area, there is a charming living room with fireplace connected through a stone/brick arch to a little sitting room where there are an elegant fireplace and a small dining room .
