The house comprises: 4 bedrooms (3 suites), 2 living rooms (one of them with a bar), kitchen, guest toilette, veranda, and service area.
The leisure area comprises: terrace with pool and hydro massage, bar, veranda, barbecue, sauna + parking lot for 3 cars.
Buzios is located on the northern coast of Rio de Janeiro, 2,30 hours driving from the city of Rio de Janeiro (170 km from the International Airport and 12 km from Buzios airport – for small planes).
Buzios was originally a small fishermen village, populated by French pirates and slaves traders. Its history, as an upscale resort and international spot, started in the 60s, when Brigitte Bardot discovered the place. Since then Buzios continued to be a place for those who love nature, sandy beaches, sophisticated way of living and vacations. Ever since it has never stopped.
