Area in Maragogi, Alagoas, Northeast of Brazil, with 869.900 m2 = 86.99 hectares, and 121 meters of oceanfront. From more than half of the land one can have oceanview. The place is not far from other states such as Bahia, Sergipe, Rio Grande do Norte, Alagoas, Pernambuco. The place is blessed with natural beauty.
The place is known as Peroba, with warm waters with the formation of natural pools during the low tide, people search these pools for diving. During the high tide, the pools disappear and the ocean present waves, so maragogi the sea is shallow and transparent. The surroundings are most coconut trees along the coast. In the past the region was disputed between Portuguese and the Dutch during the 17th century. The beach staged war during the years 1832 and 1850.
