A modern housing complex project, located on almost 4000 square footage. It consist of a parter floor, four living floors, and three set apart entrances. The complex represents a total of 44 apartments: 16 of them are two-bedroom apartments with square footage from 88sq.m to 110sq.m., and the rest 28 apartments are one-bedroom with square footage from 70sq.m. to 83sq.m. There are three shops and eight garages located on the ground floor. Furthermore there are 32 parking lots for the convince of car owners. All apartments will be finished in according to the Bulgarian standards. The structure of the buildings will be modern and monolithic having reinforced concrete walls. The enclosing walls are planned to be brick walls, 25 cm thick with 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick wall. The roof and façade surfaces will be constructed with waterproof and heat insulation and plasters. |
