Situated on a secluded hill, approx. 250 meters from the beach, it commands an impressive panoramic view of the inner islands and of the Indian Ocean.

There are four bedrooms,(two on each floor) the master bedroom with En Suite. All four bedrooms have air condition. A guest toilet/ shower is located on the ground floor and there is an additional bath/toilet upstairs.

A spacious L-shaped veranda on the ground floor runs along most of the length and width of the house whilst one of the bedrooms upstairs opens onto a balcony with sea view.

The fitted kitchen opens onto the dining room on one side and utility room on the other.

Provision has been made to construct a self-contained two-bedroom guest accommodation under the front part of the house.

The parking area can accommodate up to four vehicles.
