The transport to Primorsko is fast and comfortable. Travelling by car along the Black sea coast from Burgas one can have a look at many architectural and natural sights of the country. In it is lower course the Ropotamo river spreads it's waters up to 30-50m wide. The region around the river mouth is the “Ropotamo” park with the rock phenomena “Lion’s head” and “Dragon’s house”. The river is navigable in the course of 6km from it's mouth.

The building is located in the new residential quarter of Primorsko, which envelopes the northern parts of the town and the beach. It faces “PERLA” residence and Strandzha Mountain.
