The property is situated in a small but pretty village, called Bial Kladenec. The village is 55 kilometers away from STARA ZAGORA and in proximity with one of the biggest dam lakes in Bulgaria called, Ovcharitsa, which creates conditions for camping, fishing and swimming. This is a two-storied house. The first level is a basement, which is 30 sq. meters. The second level houses 3 rooms, one of which is separated to be used as a kitchen with a fire place. The rooms are connected by means of verandah. The walls are built out of adobe bricks upon solid stone foundations. The ceiling is constructed of beams. A river is running in proximity to the property, which could be used for watering. The walls and the ceiling of the house are well-preserved. The adobe construction permits the house to save its warmth in winter and to keep it cool in summer. The property needs small repair works. The house was built upon a plot of 2000 sq.meters with fruit trees. Its proximity to the dam lake Ovcharitsa creates good conditions for those who love fishing, swimming, camping, water sports. There are several pubs and a few food shops in the village. |
