The village is located 18 km from the town of Gabrovo, 10 km from the town of Dryanovo and the Dryanovo Monastery, 30 km from the old capital of Bulgaria Veliko Tarnovo. The house is situated in a quiet village, in the district of Gabrovo, and the municipality of the town of Dryanovo. It is very calm and peaceful. There are grocery stores, a pub and a medical center. Public transport to the nearest town of Dryanovo is available. The house comprises two floors each with three rooms. An external staircase leads to the second floor. There is no bathroom inside. There is a huge stone-made building adjacent to the house which allows an extention. There is also a hay-loft and a cattle-shed – all of them stone-made. The house can be transformed into a small stone mansion once renovated. There is running water, electricity and a telephone line. It is situated in the center of the village – near the village fountain.
