 Beautiful country house situated on the very top hill of a picturesque village. The village is situated in the center of Bulgaria – 180 km from Sofia and 230 km from the Black sea coast. Many foreigners have purchased second homes in this village.
The house that we offer comprises two floors. There is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, one bedroom and a store room on the first floor. There are two bedrooms and a store room which easily could be transformed into a bathroom on the second floor. As a whole, the house needs little repair works and changing the floors. The existing bathroom needs total renovation as does not have any tiles. The adjacent buildings could be transformed into extra bedrooms as they are stone-made. There is a big well in the garden. A garage is also constructed.
