FACADES
The faзade walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic bricks and have been insulated
with 5cm thick EPS heat insulation on top of which the silicate plaster has been laid.

INSIDE DIVISION WALLS
The division walls are made of ceramic bricks which are thick 25 cm for the walls which separate apartments and 12.5cm for the ones that separate the rooms within the apartment.

FLOORS
The floors of all units have laminated parquet, terracotta and granitogress tiles.

DOORS AND WIDNOWS
Each unit has an MDF door in place. The windows are made of German PVC profile – KBE double window frame which is 24 cm thick.

FINISHING WORKS
The walls and ceilings are painted with latex.

ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION
All power switches, power supplies and lamps have been installed. There is telephone, cable TV, door bell system and buzzer system in place.

WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE
The water supply system is made of polypropylene pipes with outlets for cold and hot water. The Sewerage system is made of PVC pipes which are 50 and 110mm in diameter. The bathroom is finished with terracotta and faience tiles.

HEATING AND VENTILLATION
Electrical convectors and aggregates will provide the heating. In the case of electrical black out the aggregate will switch on automatically.

COMMON SPACES
All common spaces are completely finished. The walls and ceilings are painted with latex, the floors are covered with granitogress tiles. Hand railings are mounted on the staircases.

CONSTRUCTION
The building’s construction, such as columns, beams and discs, is made of reinforced steel. The roof is a heat, water and steam insulated slate made of reinforced steel with roof tiles on top.

ELEVATORS
A luxurious elevator with automatic doors has been planned. It will serve all floors as well as the ski rental.
