Casalta overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and three different popular beaches in the resort city of Ubatuba. Cable TV SKY is available in the TVs of the house as well as home-theater, games room and DVDs.
The level beneath the main floor is the primary guest area. Here you find two bedrooms, each with its own private bath (one has an area for an infant's bed) and a large combined TV (42" plasma with home theatre) and game room with brand new pool and ping pong tables.
Down several steps is another guest wing and the pool platform. This guest wing has its own private entrance and foyer, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The guest wing also has its own terrace for quiet moments of reflection overlooking the surrounding seas, mountains and beaches. The 13-meters long , kidney shaped heated pool is surrounded by heat dissipating "Pedra de Minas" stone and lush gardens. There is a covered pool-side patio, wet bar, and double barbeque area for easy entertaining.
