History of the castle:



In the middle part of the main building there is a representative stairs leading to the ceremonial halls of the first floor. The facades are richly divided according to English gothic. Interior vaults also copy the gothic. Reconstruction works have started but because of the lack of finances they were interrupted. During these reconstructions, new rooms were built in the attic, and the living space of the object was enlarged. Statically disrupted vaults were stabilized and the building was isolated against humidity. The basement is not occupied, just the windows are changed. Nowadays the manor - house is not used.

Together with the historical park it is a favourite destination of visitors. It used to be the property of the family of Eszterhazy. Now it is registered at the central list of cultural sights of the Slovak republic.
