Daniel Residence is designed in accordance to the characteristic architectural style of the resort of Borovetz. The main idea of the project is to provide the owners with all the facilities and the necessary infrastructure within the complex. As a typical apartment house complex it will offer complete property management services for all clients. The building will comprise of 51 studios and apartments. It will have as well: reception, ski depot, restaurant, a shop, swimming pool, fitness gym, sauna and other facilities.
Location Daniel Residence is located close to the main road leading to the city of Plovdiv. The distance to the main lift station is approximately 1.5 km.
According to the plans for the future development of the resort, the so called "Super Borovetz" project, the complex will be located in the central part of Borovetz. Daniel residence will be in 400 meters from the new lift station.
The building
The end of project is expected in November 2007.
The complex will have underground floor with parking places, spa and sports center and four living floors. On each level there will be: studios from 45 to 52 square meters and apartments from 71 to 101 square meters.
The common parts of the complex will be luxurious. The building will have two hydraulic elevators, roof slab with hydro isolation, roof – roof tiles, water gutters and other tin works, external thermo-isolation, plastering – outer and inner, entrance door – MDF, inner doors – ply wood, joinery- polyvinyl chloride (PVC)- German "Schuco".
