The investor’s intention is to build up the ”new capital” of Budapest in the 13th district, behind the Duna Plaza Shopping Centre, which will include luxury flats, exclusive offices, hotels, lounge type restaurants, shops, entertainment and leisure centers and cultural establishments. The investment of almost a hundred billion Hungarian Forints is doubled with the contribution of an enormous regional development that will take place in the next 5-7 years. Hereby a new city center will be established that will be up to the living standards of a developed metropolis.
It is top priority for the investor that even those parts of the 6-hectare area where construction will start later, show a settled picture. The developer has built a riverside walk paved by stones simultaneously with the filling up - as flood-prevention. The area that will be converted into a park, has already been planted with trees, bushes and grass, so there will be a full-grown green environment by the time of the completion of the apartments.

In and easily accessible part of the 13th district, behind the Duna Plaza Shopping Centre, on the bank of the Danube, four 7-to-9-storey towers are being built in a unique style.
