The building is located on Todor Alexandrov Boulevard - one of the three main transport arteries in the capital, connecting the residential complex to the centre of the city. The location is extremely good. It is just next to an underground station and a bus stop, which ensures a hassle-free connection to the city centre. A parking lot for 32 cars is located under the building. There are 7 more garage boxes and 4 open parking spots on the ground level. The area is green. There are green hedges alongside the fence and greenery boxes on the terraces. The building lobby areas are luxuriously completed by individual designer project.
1. Facade
The facade is painted in warm and bright colours (white and beige). Façade walls are ventillated. They are built by 25 cm ceramic grating blocks with 5 cm of outer EPS heat-isolation and silicate coating, while the roof layer is built from bitumen roof-tiles. Everything is built using high-quality materials.
2. Walls and ceilings
Walls and ceilings are coated, but not furnished. Floors are completed to levelled coating, while the bathrooms and terraces have slanted floors to drain off the water toward the siphons.
3. Doors and windows
Security above all. For your personal comfort, each apartment is fitted with an entrance metal door. The woodwork is made of noise-isolated PVC, windows are made of packed glass 24 mm thick. The building is not fitted with internal doors.
3. Heating and vintilation
The building is connected to the city heating system. Each apartment has aluminium radiators connected via a common collector with polyetilene piping with aluminium coating, planted in the floor. The climatization is designed individually for every room, according to convenience and economy. Chimneys and vents are built in.
4. Water and drain installation
The water installation is made of polypropilene piping with exits for warm and cold water. No sinks, batteries or sanitary faience have been fitted. The drainage system is made of PVC pipes measuring 50 mm and 110 mm in diameter and meets all norms and technical requirements.
5. Electrical installation
The high-voltage electrical installation is completed to the level of plugs and switches. No lamps are fitted. The low-voltage installation wiring is planted in place - telephone, cable television, doorbell and buzzer. Elevators are electric, with luxurious cabins.
6. Elevators
Two luxurious elevators with automatic doors are built to reach all floors, including the underground parking lot.
7. Common areas
Living means sharing. Common areas and rooms have been luxuriously completed. Walls and ceilings are coated and painted. The floors are coated with floor tiles. Stairways are fitted with parapets.
8. Construction
The building is constructed with steel-concrete with pillars, girders and discs. The roof is combined - one half is slanted 45 degrees and the other is a usable flat roof-terrace. The slant is covered with bitumen roof-tiles and the terrace is completed by standard specifications for a warm roof. The buildings security is at the utmost level.
