House for Sale in village Svetlina, Burgas - Photo two This three-bedroom house for sale is set on two floors in the village of Svetlina near Burgas. The first floor consists of a large through lounge, two smaller side kitchen rooms that can be used for other facilities. The upper one has a separated shower and WC room, two large double bedrooms and one smaller double bedroom, which can be used as an upper kitchen. The building has been very well structurally renovated, so that it is ready for internal fittings and decoration to a buyer's taste. The side steps to the upper part of the house are traditionally open, but these have been enclosed with the corner, encased in new corner walls, large upper windows, and a new modern entrance door. There is a separate entrance at the front of the house, facing the small approach road, with a few steps down to the rooms on the lower floor, this part of the house being traditionally separate from the above, and the main downstairs room being known as the "summer kitchen". In front of the downstairs entrance door is the old front patio - which needs replacing/restoring, and a small path leads to the right of the house through to the side of the house where a few stone steps lead up to the new door - entrance to the upper part.

The Garden surrounds the house, with a smaller area at the front, a larger area to the left of the house, and the spacious expanse of the main garden being at the rear and to the right of the house. The right-hand area contains the vineyard, from which you can make your own wine! A very big area is to the right and rear of the house, incorporating the vineyard, there is in fact easily enough room to divide the whole of the plot into two parts, and to build another house in the second half - even retaining the vineyard. Therefore, one of the halves of the plot could be separated and sold off, subject to planning permission - which is readily available in Bulgaria. It should always be born in mind that coasts in Bulgaria, particularly for labor, are minimal compared to the U.K., materials are much less expensive, there are no water rates generally for village houses as water is artesian drawn. Electricity costs are cheap, refuse and septic tank clearance costs are low, and the general cost of living is very cheap - with many people in the village you can enjoy self-sufficient and wonderfully fresh local products. Compared to our U.K. supermarkets you can actually taste how food should taste!
