The villa is composed by a main building which can guest until 8 persons and by an annex furnished with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The buildings of the complex, have been recently renovated, and have the style of the ancient Siculan rural homes of the 19th century: stone walls, terracotta pavings, ceiling with wood beams and pianelle (a local brick), with fireplaces in the rooms. The rooms are furnished with particular taste and give the sensation of family warmth and they are typical of the country villas. The rooms have all toilets, heating system, satellite TV, air conditioning and a wonderful view on the torrent Savoca valley. External pool with panoramic view of Savoca, Grotte, the beautiful coast of Jonica and Reggio Calabria and on the magnificent Jonio Sea. Billiard room with cellar, meeting-place rooms, reading rooms.
