There are three golf-courses nearby which are currently under construction.
These are: the golf-course of Balchik, the "Black Sea Rama" and the "Thracian Cliffs" .The principal designer of the last two is Gary Player – the Chairperson of the World Golf Association. The objective for the "Thracian Cliffs" golf-course is to get into the top five list of the world classification (that golf-course is located to the north, 2 km away from the "White Coast SPA Residences" complex, nearly the Black Sea coast).
At the opposite site of the "Thracian Cliffs" golf-course there is a construction of the most modern marine along the Black Sea started which will offer the whole year-round berthing of yachts of different types.
In the immediate vicinity there is a hot mineral water spring of 34°C and it will be used for the water supply of the residential complex.
