“Villa La Pace” stands inside an age-old wood: it extends for about 10 ha and it’s quit close. Inside the wood, there are natural lakes in which fish and water fowls live.

The building that was a hunting-box is been recently restored and used as leasing for holidays with furniture, outfits, bed-linen and bath-linen. “Villa La Pace” is composed of a large and airy living-room with a nice fireplace, a comfortably sofa and a cooking-corner.

There are 4 bed-rooms (8 bed-places + 2 if required): 2 with double bed and 2 with single-bed. The name comes from the peace and serenity of the place (“Pace” means peace) it represents the right place for short excursions to the “Lago Trasimeno” (5 km), the most important historical and artistic centre of Umbria (Perugia, Città della Pieve, Assisi) and Toscana (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza).
