The area is 345 hectares large, with 5 hectares on the beach, with astonishing views and infrastructure with electric energy and telephone system available in the area, good quality water through artesian wells, bars, restaurants, lodges, markets, summer houses, aquatic parks, etc., with a paved road to Natal.

Nature was really generous with the state capital of Rio Grande do Norte, a medium city with great potential in the Brazilian tourism industry. The worldwide reputation comes not only from what nature has to offer, but also from the hospitality of its people and the typical local cuisine, with exquisite meals to satisfy the most exigent gourmet.

Barra da Tabatinga beach, located in the Nísia Forest, enchants its visitors with its natural beauty and the show that the dolphins in the area provide, usually in the early evening. This indescribable scenery is often seen in special spots with privileged views that also provide a rich cuisine of seafood, and a touch of local culture. A few kilometers from the beach, a dive in the paradisiacal Arituba Lake is a must.
