The property is situated in a hilly rural area in between the pituresque villages of Luras and S. Antonio di Gallura, next to the lake Lago di Liscia. The zone is famous for it's wine and the production of cork.
Olbia (ferry- and air port) is a 20min.drive away. The small towns of Arzachena and Tempio can be reached in about 15 minuts by car. The sea shore of the Costa Smeralda is a 20min. drive away.

The house features a large living room with a wood burning fireplace. The ceiling has been constructed in the traditional Sardinian way using wooden beams. The floor is covered with terra-cotta tiles. The kitchen features another fireplace and a pizza-oven. The gas stove, the oven and the sink are enclosed with beautyfully manufactured juniper wood. Between the 2 bedrooms lies the bath room with shower, bidet and sink.
In all rooms are lines for the connection of radiators (gas heating).
