Normally the price you pay for a bungalow is around 95.000, - USD up to max. 200.000 USD, included in that price is a completely finished and interior decorated bungalow located at the beachside, a space of around 1.000 to 3000 square meters, a house built for a Balinese family who will take care of the maintenance of your property, no more than 5 bungalows witch are built on one site and its compound is located directly on the main street.The extra-ordinary thing worth noticing in that there are no extra costs anymore. The price includes all costs, like a notary, the cost for putting in the electricity, power and water supply, the garden and so on. The bungalows are offered inclusive air conditioning, the furniture, lighting and kitchen equipment. The garden design is standard and kept simple. The Balinese family in charge of your property will take care of the maintenance of your bungalow and surroundings For maintenance you pay only Rp.100.000,- per month. Depending on the rate of the rupiah it will amount to approximately 10, - USD per month. There is a choice of 5 types of bungalows, type Bunga, type Bali, type Bundar and type Buka. The foundation and the construction of the roof of the bungalow type Bali and Bunga are the same. The Bali has more space for the terrace while the Bunga has more space inside the bungalow.Little changes to the bungalow are possible. If you wish to build a swimming pool, and most of the buyers of these bungalows do, it will have to be done by a company who is specialized in it. The cost of a pool including complete tiling with all the electric equipment will vary from 6.000, - USD to 15.000, - USD depending on the size and the design.
