The complex is located right down town of the biggest and most prestigious resort of the Southern Black Sea coast – Sunny Beach. It is about 75 meters away form the beach and about 2km away from Nessebar. Nessebar is a city with ancient history, unique architectural heritage and incomparable atmosphere. The building was designed in a sophisticated classic style and contains apartments, a mall on the ground floor which includes stores that face the street, and a medical centre with privately owned doctor’s offices. The apartment owners will have the luxury of having their own open air swimming pool in the residential complex. There will also be much greenery, chaise long space, a cafeteria and a children’s playground around the swimming pool. The residential area will have restricted access and a watched parking lot. Flores apartments will offer great comfort and the unique opportunity to its residents to enjoy the peace and quiet and lovely atmosphere in the heart of Sunny Beach.
1. Facades
The fasade walls are made of 25cm thick bricks, insulated with 5cm thick EPS heat insulation that the silicate plaster is put on.
2. Inside division walls
The inside division walls are made of ceramic bricks which are 25cm thick between neighbouring apartments and 12.5cm between rooms of the same apartment.
3. Floors
The floors of all stores, doctor’s office and apartments’ halls are covered by granitogress. There is laminated parquet in the bedrooms and living rooms. All bathrooms have ceramic floor tiles.
4. Doors and windows
MDF doors are placed at all indoor spots. All apartments and doctor’s offices have armoured entrance doors installed. The windows have a 24mm thick PVC double window frame. The store windows have aluminum frame profiles.
5. Finishing works
The walls and the ceilings are entirely painted with latex. The walls in the bathrooms are covered by ceramic floor tiles. All sanitary equipment has been installed.
6. Elecrticity installation
Light switches, power outlets and lights have been installed. There is wiring for telephone, cable TV, door bell and buzzer system in place.
7. Water supplyand sewerage
The water supply system is made of polypropylene pipes with terminals for hot and cold water. The sewerage is made of PVC pipes with 50 and 110 mm diameter. Taps are in place.
8. Heating and ventillation
The building has airconditioning. Each residential unit will have its own air conditioned which will provide comfort while residing year round. Kitchen ventilation has been planned.
9. Common spaces
All common spaces are completely finished. The walls and the ceilings are painted with latex; the floors are covered with granitogress. Hand rails have been mounted on all staircases.
10. Construction
The construction is made of reinforced concrete monolith. The roof is flat and like roof terraces the system of the warm roof is followed.
11. Elevators
There have been four luxurious elevators with automatic doors planned. There will be an elevator for each building section and one for the common spaces.
