The swimming pool measures 12m x 6m. It is landscaped with cotto and a stone wall, set in a sunny and secluded grove of the garden with ancient olive trees.
The property is only 1,5km from the town of Amelia and there is a paved road that ends just 300m before the house. The property is on the hills very close to Amelia, not far from Todi, Orvieto and Spoleto. Rome is 45 minutes by train from the nearby town of Orte. |
