The residential complex "Elite II" is located in the south-west part of "Sunny Beach" resort opposite the famed Cocoa Beach, the river and the Longoza Nature reserve.
The 6 building groups totaling 120 apartments are situated along the periphery of the area, thus giving the possibility of creating a rather secluded, intimate recreational zone in the centre with swimming pools, children’s corners, restaurant, aqua bar, cafe, numerous shops and a supermarket. There is easy car access to all of the residential groups. This is possible because special car lanes are going to be build along the periphery of the complex.
The closeness to the main roads of the resort allows for easy access to the beach and using all the facilities of both "Sunny Beach" and Nessebar city. The complex is fully functioning and the few apartments left come fully furnished and ready to move into. They are quite compact and range between 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Construction wise the windows are PVC and the inner doors are made of laminated MDF. The complex has its own private power supply, a transformer, infrastructure including sewerage and water supply. The plumbing is made of polypropylene pipes and the sewerage of PVC pipes. There is a system in place for satellite television, telephone with possible Internet communication. Every apartment has air-conditioning.
The proximity to the sea coast and Fregata beach (200m away) determine the individuality of the brand new holiday settlement Elit IV, located in close proximity to Elit II and Elit III. The complex offers all the usual comforts one can expect from the Elit villages including swimming pools, restaurant, aqua bar, children play areas and shops. Unique for Sunny Beach, are the flat, usable rooftops with Jacuzzis, sun beds and gardens that offer panoramic views of the sea and the whole resort. A refreshing short walk along the beach will lead the tourists to the ancient town-peninsula of Nessebar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
