The villa is located in the luxury Argentario area with caretaker,five minutes from Porto Ercole village. The house has 2 floors. The upper floor is composed of an entryway, 2 large rooms with balconies sea front, a service room and a full service bathroom. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms; two with sea view, 3 bahrooms, a large double living room of 130mq with a central fireplace, a large kitchen and a large storeroom. Outside there is a garden,three patio and a stone barbeque. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Each villa have it's own private gazebo on the beach. |
