All of the apartments in Blue Bird has a spectacular uninterrupted ocean view. Nothing can simply be constructed in front to obstruct that view. The building is divided into eight different divisions, U1-U8. All of the apartments in U1-U8 have ocean view from the entire apartment, which is unique. In Blue Bird there are a total of 32 apartments divided in four different floors which means there are eight apartments on each floor. Each one of the eight top floors have its private terrass with direct access from the apartment. The private terrasses range between 140-200 m2 and each one has a jacuzzi, a private area to change and shower as well as a BBQ The apartments on the 1st - 3rd floor range between 131 - 207 m2 including balconys and terrasses. The apartments on the 4th floor range between 219 - 312 m2 including the roof terrass. Each of the apartments in Blue Bird has a generous and spacious livingroom for social activities. The apartments have either two or three bedrooms with well equipped bathrooms as well as a separate room with bathroom which can either be used as an additional bedroom or an in-house office. The Blue Bird apartments comes in four different sizes as shown below: • Each of the building divisions U1 and U8 have three apartments of 207 m2 as well as a penthouse of 314 m2. • Each of the building divisions U2 and U7 have three apartments of 131 m2 as well as a penthouse of 199 m2. • Each of the building divisions U3, U4, U5 and U6 have three apartments of 144 m2 as well as a penthouse of 220 m2. .
