The cottage is situated in the village of Moravci which is very close (about 3 km) to the small spa resort (bioterme) of Mala Nedelja. Bioterme Mala Nedelja
In 1958 thermal water of 43 degrees Celsius was found in the depth of 2273 m in the village of Moravci. It has been used since 1973.
Te water does not have petroleum addition, so it has no taste or smell. It is drunk against an upset stomach. It is suitable for water gymnastics and it helps against the locomotor illnesses, gynaecologic illnesses, rheumatism and for the skin.
There are already nine pools in the spa: for swimming for massage, water river, for children….with the temperature of 27 to 38 degrees. The new project will enlarge it for swimming bath (inside) with the massage with water effects, sauna, massage and fitness studio, restaurant, part of it should be already open in this winter. They will be open whole year, what mean that many turist would be in the area and there is big potencial for business.
You can put up a tent and camp, have a picnic in the shade of weeping willows, take a walk in the forests and pick mushrooms or order a drink and have a meal in the restaurant
There are also many other opportunities for sport and relaxation, like cycling, thematic hiking, golf, tennis, hotair baloon flying, horseback riding, rafting, and more
Exelent Ski resorts are located in Maribor circa 45 minutes by car, Lake Balaton the largest lake in Europe is 90 mins away in neighbouring Hungary and 3 hours drive to centre of Budapest.
