Complex Pomorie was completed in the end of 2006. It consists of four sections: A, B, C, and D – the first three are semi-detached, and the fourth one is separate.
The sections contain six residential floors with apartments and studios, underground garages, garages and stores at the ground level.
In the basement there are individual underground garages, cellars, machine-rooms, and auxiliary premises. Individual garages and stores with service premises to them are located at the basement level.
