The country house "Ca' Borioli Prima" is placed between Fossombrone and Isola del Piano, in a sunny and panoramic place, surrounded by a park of about 10.000 m˛ with secular trees. In 15 minutes you can reach Urbino, taking a very panoramic road amidst the "Cesane" hills. Urbino is at only 15 Km and the seaside at 20 Km.
The original structure in brick and stone has partially collapsed, thus a thorough restoration work is in progress . The preliminary restoration plans, totally customizable, foresee the realization of two two-storied apartments, completely independent, with a surface of 220 mq each and an attic floor of 70 m˛ each.
There are two out-buildings usable as garage and storage. Water is provided by a private well, electricity and telephone networks are available
The house can be used as a one or two family house, as an “agriturismo”, a country house or bed&breakfast (11 double berdrooms and 2 suites in the attic).
